Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the UK.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, England, Scotland, and Wales.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm are usually processed the same working day.

  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the shipping option selected:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Lead Times: Specific lead times will be listed per product if applicable (Made to Order / Pre Order).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • The size and weight of your order

  • The delivery method selected

  • Total order cost

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


5. Couriers

We use reputable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL depending on the size and nature of your order.

For larger or heavier items, delivery may be made by a specialist courier and may require a signature on delivery.


6. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, there will be a charge for re-delivery, this must be paid in full before dispatching.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.


8. Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
