  • Vehicle compatibility is provided as guidance only

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their specific vehicle and use case.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • VAT is included unless stated otherwise

  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers; we do not store card details.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance

  • A contract is formed once goods are dispatched

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Victus is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or carrier issues

  • External events beyond our control

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.

7. Installation Responsibility and Exceptions

Victus products are supplied for self-installation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Important Installation Terms:

  • Installation is carried out entirely at the customer’s risk

  • Victus is not responsible for installation performed by the customer or third parties

  • We strongly recommend installation by a competent professional where appropriate

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Damage caused by failure to follow provided instructions or guidance

  • Modifications made to the product or vehicle

  • Installation into unsuitable vehicles or structures

  • Use of incorrect fixings, tools, or methods

Returns & refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged during or after installation

  • Products showing signs of use, fitting, drilling, or modification

  • Issues caused by incompatibility that was not confirmed with Victus prior to purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

9. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Made-to-order or customised products

  • Items that have been installed or altered

If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
